Health Warranty

 
Our general health warranty expires once the animal leaves our farm.
Up to the point of travel, we guarantee that your animal is healthy and will pass a veterinary health inspection.
If a calf, pony or donkey is deemed unfit to travel, we will either:
Reschedule pickup/delivery, or
Refund your deposit immediately if the animal is not expected to recover.
 
We do not sell bottle babies. In the rare case that a calf must be bottle-fed, the calf will remain with us until weaning to ensure it is healthy and thriving before moving to its new home.
 
Breeding Soundness Guarantee (Bulls, Jacks and Stallions)
 
We recognize that purchasing an animal is a significant investment. To give you confidence in your purchase, we provide a breeding soundness guarantee on all intact animals.
 
Sales Area & Transport
 
For the safety and well-being of our animals, sales are limited to 5 animals per person.
We are happy to help arrange transport; however, we cannot accept liability for incidents that may occur during transit.
Delivery is available worldwide.
